The Girls Network

Could you mentor and support a female pupil from a disadvantaged background from one of the city’s Schools?

The Girls’ Network is a charity which provides girls with mentorship from professional women with the aim of developing their confidence and aspirations. They have approached the University about expanding from their London base into Portsmouth and are looking for female volunteers.
If you would like to know more, please come to a meeting to see the Portsmouth Co-ordinator for the charity on Tuesday 15 July at 1.00pm – venue will be confirmed nearer the time, and please let Rebecca Bunting know if you will be attending, so further details can be forwarded to you.
For more information please visit www.thegirlsnetwork.org.uk or contact Rebecca Bunting on rebecca.bunting@port.ac.uk or 023 9284 3404.
